Please note that some items are listed as made to order and will be made and shipped within five weeks.
If a piece is listed as in stock, it will be usually be shipped within five business days.
Most colors are mixed in small batches and may vary slightly. Each piece is handmade by me in my studios in Brooklyn and in High Falls, NY, and some variations and irregularities will occur between each piece.
Because of the delicate nature of my products I cannot replace broken items unless the piece came already cracked or defective. I offer free repairs if the metal wire, chains or posts come undone, but unfortunately i cannot repair the ceramic piece if it brakes.
Return Policies
All returns must be authorized via email.
Return or exchanges requests must be made within 3 days from receipt of delivery.
Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid and must be received within 7 days of receipt of return authorization. Please consider purchasing insurance for the return package as we do not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled or come back damaged.
